NKTR-061 (amikacin inhale)
NKTR-061 (amikacin inhale) utilizes Nektar’s proprietary pulmonary technology to deliver a specially-formulated amikacin, an aminoglycoside antibiotic, for inhalation deep into the lung. NKTR-061 is in Phase 2 trials for adjunctive treatment of Gram-negative pneumonias that often lead to significant morbidity and mortality.

NKTR-102 (PEG-irinotecan)
NKTR-102 (PEG-Irinotecan) is a PEGylated form of irinotecan developed using Nektar’s innovative small molecule PEGylation technology platform and is in Phase 1 clinical development for the treatment of solid tumors.

NKTR-118 (oral PEG-naloxol)
NKTR-118 (oral PEG-naloxol) is Nektar’s proprietary oral therapy in Phase 1 clinical development for its potential to treat patients suffering from opioid-bowel dysfunction (OBD), including opioid-induced constipation (OIC).
