Nektar collects personal information from you in various ways, including when you visit the Site. The personal information we collect about you will vary by context and may include:

By submitting data and information to Nektar, for example, as part of the expanded use form or ISR submission form and any related or follow-up submissions to Nektar that you may make, you acknowledge and consent to the use by Nektar of all data and information (including personal information) you submit for all purposes related to your request. Nektar uses tracking information to identify the areas of our Web sites that are most heavily utilized. We do this to improve the usefulness and effectiveness of our Web sites by creating and delivering content that is most useful to you.
